IT Master Planning
    IT Master Planning would involve assessing the entire Airport as an Enterprise –assessing the existing infrastructure and applications, future/emerging technologies, and recommendations on what an Airport could do over the next 3 to 5 years. This would involve Stakeholder interviews, and workshops, carrying out a technical assessment, and identifying key themes or strategies that ensures management focus, and commitment of budgets. Each of these themes will be developed into action plans.
Technology Advisory
    Our Technology advisory group consists of professionals with strong technology expertise in Airport Systems. We work with the Senior IT Management in the Airports to understand their current pain points and come back with solutions to fix them. We also educate, assess/evaluate, and advise them on the various technology options available to them, and suggest ways to utilize such options to the benefit of the business. Our current focus areas include SMAC, and IOT, while we are adding capability around Machine Learning and Cybersecurity.
MSI
This is an area of core competence. With over 100+ person years of collective experience, our team comes with previous experience of having executed complex Master Systems Integration projects in Airports like Delhi (DIAL T3), Beijing (BCIA T3), Guangzhou (GBIA T2), Chengdu etc.

We undertake full systems engineering life cycle services covering all key phases, such as requirements analysis, integration strategy, system design, testing and commissioning, and cutover.
Programme Management
If you are executing a major programme - it could be a major systems migration project, or a technology refresh programme that needs to be managed for you- our Program Managers shall work with your team to own the programme, and drive the activity on the ground.

We develop Technology specifications for procurement, conducting technical due diligence of Suppliers, and tracking and monitoring their activities all the way through to a successful commissioning and cutover.
