Operational readiness requires a range of activities that come together and operate in a seamless manner. Repeatedly testing, verifying and validating that these activities interact seamlessly and perform to predictable expectations ensures a smooth opening of an Airport. The approach has to be all encompassing with the flexibility to tweak and tune roles and responsibilities, systems, and processes, ahead of a formal Airport opening.

CCL approach focuses on Four key components to this activity:

Programme Planning is a key aspect of the ORAT activity. It involves understanding the various other projects interlinked to the Main Programme and establishing a common framework, to monitor and verify the readiness of these programs individually to support Business Operations.
